Anthony worked in Ireland in senior management positions before moving to Spain in 2006. His extensive business knowledge gained throughout his career, saw the growth of Designer Group in Ireland. Launched in 1992, Anthony worked with the senior management team to both expand and diversify the company offering, establishing itself as the leading mechanical and electrical contractor in Ireland, employing over 400 people.

Anthony took over as Managing Director of Green Land Securities in 2008 bringing a wealth of corporate experience to the company. He is currently overseeing the management of Green Land Securities development portfolio from site acquisition through to final contract from our office in southern Spain.

Anthony is settled in Spain with his fiancée and 2 young children, his interests include Rugby, GAA and watersports.

Steve qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Weatherall Green & Smith in central London and dealt mainly with commercial acquisitions and disposals for corporate clients throughout the UK. He then became a commercial developer for Development Securities PLC, and was involved in site acquisition, marketing, development funding and management for four office schemes in south-east England, as well as two joint ventures with Berkeley Group in Slough and Guildford.

Since leaving the UK Steve have acted as a development consultant on residential touristic schemes in Egypt, Morocco, Italy, Spain, St Lucia and Brazil. He is currently managing the Green Land Securities developments in North East Brazil and is living in Joao Pessoa, Paraiba, Brazil.

Rebecca has a post-graduate diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has always worked in the property and construction industry, in both a large Plc environment and smaller more entrepreneurial companies such as Green Land Securities.  She is responsible for all of the marketing activity within the business including, amongst other things, the packaging of our developments, our websites, internet marketing and generating and dealing with enquiries.

Rebecca loves spending her free time cooking for friends and family and traveling.

Alexandra graduated from university in Madrid with a degree in Business Management. She has worked in both the UK and Spain in a number of industries including communications, media and insurance companies.

Alexandra is responsible for Green Land Securities administration and accounts and ensures the smooth running of the business.

She enjoys spending time with friends and family and is a shop-aholic, with more pairs of shoes than anyone we know!!

Adrian has held key roles in the international real estate sector over the past 10 years, as a broker he has generated sales in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Morocco and the UAE, and is now perfectly placed as After Sales Executive at Green Land Securities.  Adrian deals with our clients throughout the purchase process, and is always on hand to ensure that buying in Brazil is a smooth and simple experience.

Adrian enjoys cooking and lives with his lovely wife and children in a local village.

Greg has worked for many years in the recruitment industry, specialising in the financial markets. In 2004 he seized the opportunity to move to Spain and work for a highly regarded recruitment company in Gibraltar.

Greg then joined Green Land Securities where he has been responsible for dealing with our agents, high net-worth clients and investment groups.

After a hard weeks work, Greg likes to relax on the golf course.

Mark entered the international property arena six years ago, working alongside major institutions to cater for investor-led buyers.  He has generated property sales ranging from Spain to the UAE.  Mark is now concentrating his endeavours to offer our clients an opportunity to invest in Palma do Mar.

Mark enjoys pretty much any machine that consumes petrol and can often be spotted in the Andalucian countryside with his son "kicking up the dust" on his quad bike.

Mark has been an advisor in overseas property for several years working for agencies and developers in markets worldwide. Having a personal passion for Brazil with a belief in the future of the country as an economic and and socially aware superpower, Mark joined Green Land Securities for the opportunity to specialise in his favourite overseas market. "With an eye on finally moving to Brazil, I wanted to work for a developer who shares my belief in the country and who is fully in control of their developments and has a sustainable plan for the future".

Mark lives in Spain with his partner Hayley and their Cocker Spaniel Floozy and enjoys nothing more than walking along the beach at sunset and exceeding his bandwidth allowance downloading new music and movies.

Marco has been working in an IT / Marketing role since he moved to Spain 5 years ago. His past experiences include managing a IT Department for a international real estate company as well as working as an IT / Web Marketing consultant with various companies, based in southern Spain.

At Green Land Securities, he is responsible for the IT Infrastructure & Systems.  In addition to this, he liaises with the marketing department in order to achieve best results with their internet based activities.

With several years’ experience designing for clients in Europe, North and South America, Andrea’s focus over the past few years has been on property development projects. She currently works from South America, handling print and web visual design for Green Land Securities.

Working closely with the Green Land marketing team she endeavours to create visual packages that are worthy of, and that accurately represent their developments. There’s nothing as exciting as a new development in the works.
